HSG and ovulation

Has anyone else experienced HSG affecting ovulation? I'm so frustrated, been tracking ovulation for 7 months and get a positive opk day 15 regular as clockwork. Had HSG last month (all clear) and didn't ovulate. Thought, oh well, coincidence. I'm now on cycle 2 post HSG, day 18 and no positive opk. I'm so annoyed, feel like I'm missing the anecdotal 3 months of increased fertility by not bloody ovulatingConfused

Hi. I'm not sure how but I def think it can interfere with your cycle. I had my HSG on Friday. I have PCOS and my cycles are usually long (65-70 days). This one had gone haywire so I was on day 138 when HSG was done. Period started 2 days later. No idea why or if it's a good or bad thing though?
Sorry, that probably doesn't help much!

Hi Oh I had HSG done ages ago and had day 21 test done in the same cycle and it came back 21 (so I was told that I ovulated but the lavel was too low to support a pregnancy if I got pregnant that cycle). Normally my Day 21 test results are 35 and higher.
So for me it definitely affected ovulation.
