Anyone had IUI without the medication and got a BFP?

Just curious. Ttc #1, cycle 18. Hycosy and bloods/scans etc on me have all been fine. First semen analysis showed dh had teratozoospermia as morphology was 1%, all other factors were good though. Second sample 6 months later showed morphology had improved as now 7% (unsure if just random or if related to taking Wellmans vits, but I've told him to keep taking them!) We've got our next FC appt soon and think hope they are going to discuss treatment options. I am unsure about medication as I don't even take a paracetamol for a headache. I know I'll come round to it if that's what needs to be done....but I'd just like to see if anyone has gone down the IUI route without the mediation and been successful. Thanks!

Dh's sperm has been deemed appropriate for iui. Curiously his first sa had 2% morphology and his 2nd, post wellman, was an increase to 5%. I still need my tubes checked though,which will be next cycle, then a follow up mid oct where they will decide about iui.

we're starting our iui counselling and injection training this friday. sorry i cant help with your questions, there is an iui thread somewhere. most have drugs (injections) as it appears that if you have more follies/eggs, much better chances of working. (only allowed 3 max tho apparently) so i think its worth having the drugs hunnny. i know its poo, see what doc says for you.

my hubby has low morphology ect too, but deemed good enough for iui. i had lap&dye july and all ok.... cant wait to get started. we're having injections for ovulation x

I had two failed IUIs however I know someone who had treatment at same clinic and got pregnant first time with natural IUI, think she was very lucky but her bb is a few months old now. We are moving onto IVF as clinic said even with medicated IUI there isn't a good chance as I have low fertility.
