IVF and dominant follicles - how did you fix it????

I have just had my 8th IVF fail and I am at my wits end. My first two IVF's I only started with 5-8 follicles and each time got 1-2 dominant follicles. So for my 3rd IVF I tried estrogen priming protocol for first time and got a whopping 5 eggs - not many compared to the average woman but great for me considering I only started with 8 follicles that cycle.

I then worked out how to double my starting follicle count and last 3 IVF's I started with 15, 15 then 19 antral follicles on day 2. So I thought that by repeating the estrogen priming protocol and by starting with double the number of follicles, I could expect double the amount of eggs but I just seem to get a few take the lead each time.

Last cycle I was on 300 Puregon and 150 Menopur. At day 6 I had 15 of my 19 follicles growing but 3 took the lead. So this time, Dr suggested upping Menopur to 300 as well to get more growing. Just came back from day 6 scan and it seems to have had opposite effect - now 4 dominant ones have just used that extra FSH to take the lead even more. They are actually so big they are ready for EC but it's only day 6 and I know growing hard and fast like this is bad for egg quality.

I am 37 now and feel like I am running out of time and can't afford for this to keep happening!!!! Did you have this problem and how did you fix it???? Any suggestions welcome - I am desperate.
