Is natural conception in mid 40s likely?

What chance is there of conception in mid 40s with diagnosis of secondary infertility, cause unknown. Were you in this situation and did anything work for you that I could try?

I'm sorry no one has replied to you but maybe thats because it's impossible to say :( Conception in your mid 40's is hard enough but with unknown infertility issues it will be even harder. Did they not suggest any course of action or treatments? Was IVF not mentioned?
