We have been ttc for over a year now. I have ammenorrhea (and zero ovulation) and they are currently doing tests to check there is nothing mechanically wrong, after which we will prob try Clomid. Anyway, I had a transvaginal ultrasound yesturday and they said I had a dominant follicle on my left ovary. Does this mean I am likely to ovulate? Is it definite? I am slightly pessimistic as I haven't ovulated since before I started the BCP, 15 yrs ago...but at the same time I can't help but wonder if this could mean things are clicking into action?
We are using condoms atm as I am due to have an HSG scan in a couple of weeks, but we don't want to miss an opportunity to conceive if this really does mean I'm likely to ovulate..
