can preeclampsia cause secondry infertility

Hi guys looking for some advice as i cant get it from my doctors.
Conceving my first baby was so easy took no time at all..the pregnancy on.the ither hand was dificult i was ill from around 20 weeks i was induced at 37 weeks as my preeclampsia developed quickley into eclampsia and my babys heart rate was droping.the entire exsperiance was frighting..but not enough to stop me wanting it agaian.my family dosent feel compleate.
But after trying for nearly 17 months. Nothing.
My doctors dont seem concernd but i am.
Can my preeclampsia the first time around cause issues?

I have never heard that it does. I had preeclampsia with ds and had dd 2 years later. My mum had preclampsia when she had me and went on to having two more.
Everyone who was in hospital with me who had PE that i know all went on to have another baby quite quickly.
