Sorry, but small rant - I can't do this in RL so you guys will have to bare the brunt...

Seen the Dr again today, and apparently there is no medical reason for my lack of AF, it's 'stress' and even the lovely doc agrees this is coming from my ability to ov. Therefore I am in a horrendous cycle of no ov, no AF, stress. Therefore no ov, no AF stress. ?????? so unhappy right now

Surely they can bring on a bleed with the pill?
Then you may destress .
Theyve checked thyroid? Weight? Pcos etc

Poor you... Have you tried any natural things - yoga, massage, acupuncture?
I think Agnes castus (sp) sometimes called chasteberry is meant to encourage ovulation.

Going for a scan for pcos next week, other than that, I'm 26, healthy weight, exercise regularly, eat well and never smoked. Just bad luck :(

Cake - I've started hormone yoga...can't hurt right?!

I saw the counsellor at my clinic who lent me a book called 'Conquering Infertility: Dr Alice Domar's mind/body guide to enhancing fertility and coping with infertility' and I would thoroughly recommend it- not all chapters will be relevant to everybody and it is a bit 'American' in places but mostly full of helpful ideas and talks about managing stress, looking after yourself etc. I got DH to read the 'you and your husband' chapter too which has helped us both :)
