Told my mum over coffee and through tears about infertility. She, with my permission told other members of family. From that point on I kept my parents informed about investigations and subsequent IVF(s).

I now have 2 children.

Good luck x

I sent my parents an email as I found it difficult to talk about. I said in the email that I found it difficult to talk about without crying which is why I was sending an email. Since then we have talked but I still find it awkward sometimes and some of my mum's questions intrusive.

thanks i think my mum is going to ask really stupid questions, she is not very street wise, can;t text and doesn;t use a computer at all, where as my dad mixes with business people and employs people, he can text, use a computer, send email and he even knows how to use ebay!! they are total opposites and my dad is the older out of the pair too!!
