Anyone used progesterone cream?

Hi

I have a short LP and was thinking of giving things a bit of help with a progesterone cream. Are these safe and has anyone used them with success that they could recommend?

I've been taking vit B12, magnesium and vit C (amongst other) supplements to try to boost progesterone production.

That should be Vit B6 (as well as 12!), also zinc.

I have this exact problem... I have a tub of progesterone cream in my drawer, but I'm too scared to use it!
I'd be interested to hear from anyone who's used it too.

I have! NB. I'm still not upduffed... If I remember correctly, it extended my luteal phase from 11 to 12 days. But I found it a massive PITA applying it twice a day, and stopped after a few months. I found B6 had the same effect, and I'm still taking that now. Hope that helps!

Thanks happyamber, I might just stick to B6 for now and see how things go this month. I had some blood done and it picked up post-ov progesterone at CD27 (ov-ed CD21) so hopefully there is enough knocking about really x
