What are your thoughts??
Have you been told to avoid anything??
On Friday I had my 2nd cycle of IUI, and normally I run 2-3 times a week, last cycle I avoided running and stuck to swimming but I would prefer to run, great stress buster for me. I have read a few things that say you should avoid running and high impact exercise during 2WW but others say only for 48hours after IUI.
What do you all do in 2WW??
