Hoping someone can give me a little bit of hope that all is not lost. This is my first round of IVF and have been on gonal-f now for 13 days. At my second monitoring scan and blood test (8 days into stimming), estradiol level was down from two days earlier so then upped dosage and went to daily monitoring. Down again the next 2 days running so increased further. None of my follicles were larger than 14mm at my Friday scan and now I'm torturing myself with worry over the weekend. Has anyone else been down this road and still managed a successful egg retrieval?
