Hi, I'm new to all of this, I'm 32 and recently found out I have very high fsh levels. Was 60 on my first test which broke our hearts as was told we have no chance of conceiving and my eggs are probably useless..I've gone down to 40 and am tying everything to get this down further.. I've booked up acupuncture, on wheatgrass and taking some supplements too. I can't believe there is hardly any help on the nhs for women in this situation,

I'I'm m so sorry for you, i really feel for you. What a heartbreaking situation you are in. I'm 38 and having a premature menopause, my FSH levels are high too. Iv'e been trying to conceive for over year with no success. I recently started a thread on the Menopause board on this site. It's for women under age 40 going through a premature menopause. There are afew of us on there, it's aplace to chat and support each other and havea good old rant about stuff! Please feel free to join us on there xx

You will find many women on here in a similar situation to yourself. If you read through some of the threads on here you will find lots of info. Many women have had treatment/IVF as well. Good luck!

You are not alone, I am in the high fsh gang and I'm 36. There are more tests that can give you a full picture, the amh and antral follicle count. This is a bitter pill to swallow but it does not mean that you will not be a mum, just that the journey probably won't be as straightforward. Huge handhold. You will feel better about this. Keep talking to us. I might go and find that board eri.
