Hope link works posting from mobile.
But thought some people might like this ray of hope. I got pregnant naturally after a low score . My afc was low too but at least it showed I had some. Eggs and naturally all I needed was one. Also perhaps why mini ivf is often offered

To me it reads slightly differently- AMH tests are useful but doctors have GOT to explain better what they are actually measuring and the consequences of a low level. I have low ish AMH but no one seems particularly concerned as I'm still ovulating each month so I obviously have a decent amount of eggs yet.
It's interesting about the variation within / between labs. My ivf clinic insists on a new AMH test done at their preferred lab when you embark on treatment with them, regardless of how recently you had one done elsewhere. Will be interesting to see what my level is according to them compared to my previous one.

Interesting - no one seemed concerned about the fact I was ovulating and was getting pregnant and miscarrying just said I only had a 1% chance naturally or with IVF. I actually finally got a natural pregnancy whcih stuck.
Goodluck - i think the fact you are ovulating is great
