Had my HSG on Monday, now have slight cramping on left side

So I had an HSG on Monday, all done with in 5 minutes and painless. The doctor said I have no blockages in my tubes which is good. She did say that she had to squirt more dye through the left tube as it seemed to be travelling through more slowly than the right tube and I did feel a slight bit of pressure when this was done. Since then I have had a dull sort of twinge feeling which happens every now and then on my left side. Wondered what this could be. I guess I haven't long to wait as my follow-up appointment at the infertility clinic is tomorrow. I was told that I ovulated last cycle when I had blood taken on day 28, although my period didn't arrive until day 38 and then only lasted 2 days. At my last scan 2 or 3 cysts were found on my ovaries. Could this be the cause of the dull pain I wonder ? Worst case scenario for me is that I am in perimenopause even though I am only 38. My doctor suggested that this might be the cause of my irregular periods, although the nurse thinks it's because of the cysts. For about a year now I have been getting vaginal dryness, (sorry too much info!), which worries me. I am taking prescription estrogen pessaries to treat it. Doctor said that dryness might be caused by my cysts but I don't really buy this theory. Has anyone had vaginal dryness with ovarian cysts and also one-sided twingesafter an HSG ?
