second DC - not sure what to do

I'm 38 and have 13mth DS. I took clomid and have Pcos. My periods have become regular recently. I dont whether to try for another. I adore him but we really found first 8mths with ds hard. i had forceps delivery and blood transfusion. Dont know what to do.

Having two is great & I'm sure if you asked those with one they would day that was great two. First months can be difficult (dd) or a breeze (ds) & you also forget.

So....what is leading you to think about a second?
And how long did it take you to conceive?

id like ds to have a sibling and dont want to regret not having another. also i feel its last chance salon as i will be 39 in 2014. conceived on 1st attempt of clomid.
