AMH count of 8.60 pmol/l - help what does it mean??

Hi all

I am nearly 43 in 2 months time :( and have an AMH count of 8.60 pmol/l and have been ttc for many years

Can anyone shed any light on what the count means in terms of ovarian reserve and the number of eggs I have left

My AMH reading is 0.6 along with FSH of 30. We've been advised to go for donor eggs. Good luck.
