I've been lurking mainly around conception for quite a while while we have been TTC our first.
I've never had a pregnancy. We've started in the investigation journey and have just been referred for IVF. Im gutted tbh.
I thought (naively) that we might need a little help but would be pregnant soon enough.
Consultant has said that DH has abnormal sperm of 99%. He said there is still a chance we could conceive naturally but that it will be difficult. Waiting list for ICIS is 12-18 months and as I'm 34 he suggested we try a cycle privately while we wait and to also keep trying ourselves.
I don't know why I'm posting really. DH is trying to be upbeat and insisting that we will be pregnant by the time it's our turn on NHS.
I don't know how much a cycle of ICIS costs but I do know we have NO money for it.
Just
I guess.
