mid cycle cramps

I've been having cramps the past 2 days like AF cramps but I'm.in the middle of my cycle is there anyway I'm ovulating I've never felt this before. Just wondering if anyone else has has this experience

And they are mostly on my left side...

When I'm not pregnant I get ov pain mid cycle. Everybody is likely to be different but mine are much sharper than period cramps. More like a "stitch" from running but a bit lower. Can take my breath away. They last anything from an hour to half a day. One side only.

There isn't much info available about ov pain (I looked) and so I only diagnosed by keeping a diary.
