How much did IUI cost you?

I have had a successful IUI in the past (DS now 15mo) and am looking for number 2. Waiting lists are enormous on NHS. How much did it cost you privately? The price list is very confusing with lots of different add ons I cannot work out.

£1135 per cycle at the moment.

I have a DS from IUI three years ago and that was £650 per cycle. I couldn't believe how much it had gone up (different hospital though).

thanks Vikks, I remember costing it previously and it being around £700/£800 and when I looked and saw realised there was a big increase.

Hi most areas do not fund IUI if already have one child so might be worth checking that out. Certainly here fertility treatment is only funded until have one child. My clinic charges £900 but that is not including first consultation.

I'm paying £800 with 20% off future attempts of it fails at city fertilty London. This is a non stimulated IUI round. Their prices are on their site. Good luck x

hi this is very interesting as i've just been to thhe london womens in harley street and their quote for stimulated IUI was £2,400, so have done some research and also i was recommended the ARGC in wimpole street and they only have a price of £500 for IUI but not whether that it stimulated or natural, so now i'm just even more confused!! please can you guys clarify which hospitals you are talking about and where they are!! thank-you

City fertilty is by Farringdon tube station - IUI unstinted £800.00. Hsfc is on Harley street £1000 I would recommend both (they used to team up for the medical proceadures but now both have labs! ) let us know what prices you find. Does anyone have a London clinic under £800 for Un stimulated?

Mine (£1135) is at Jessop's in Sheffield, with stims.
I can't believe how different the prices are around the country!

I live in the south and I've just been told its about £1100 including medication.

This doesn't include blood tests they want before, and that dye thing to test the old tubes.

i can get NHS funding in my area but I need to wait until January for an appointment then for 9 months on a waiting list. It's making me feel so down and anxious, I really ought to pull myself together as have an amazing DS to look after already. I priced locally (Glasgow) and there were huge differences (£1100 vs £1700). These are stimulated as I do not ovulate naturally. I don't know what to do.
