Surprise BFP, but don't feel like its going to last :(

Hi ladies,

I got a surprise BFP on Saturday after 2 and a half years of trying following a MMC. I'm due to have a HSG test done on Friday, but depending on what happens I may not be able to have it. I think I'm heading towards a chemical pregnancy as I've had lots of brown discharge the last 2 days, mild cramps and loss of symptoms today. I had really tender boobs but they feel fine now. I had done a HPT yesterday and the day before. I will do another tomorrow but I have a horrible feeling my HCG levels are dropping. I desperately do not want to get my hopes up, but its so hard not too :(

Had a much stronger line today and bleeding stopped last night. Feeling slightly more hopefull!
