I've finished my 1st cycle of clomid and was put on 150mg by my doctor. I'm not being seen again now until November time but need to go back for blood tests to check my hormone level. We ve been trying for over two years to get pregnant I've had 3 previous pregnancies and lost at 12,9, and 7 weeks. I've been reading up on 150mg and seen that its of a lower risk to get pregnant than 50mg any truth in this?

Who prescribed the clomid, what type of doctor was it?.

Not being seen until November is completely unacceptable, you need to be seen far earlier and more regularly.

150mg of clomid is the max dosage for clomid and you certainly should be monitored closely whilst on it.

Have you now been referred to a specialist miscarriage unit?.
