NO side effects on Clomid!

I have just finished my first 5 days of Clomid (straight on to 100mg), taken at night, and I have had absolutely no side effects whatsoever.

I'm now worried that it hasn't worked at all, since everyone keeps telling me how awful they had it when they were on it, and naturally I think that since I haven't had so much as a hot flash, it hasn't worked and I'm kinda scared about that.

Anyone get a BFP after a non-side effect cycle of Clomid? All message board things seem to say 'I had such and such awful time but my little one is now...', rather than those who didn't get the effects.

I had no side effects when I took it and got pregnant on 3rd cycle so it is working

I had no side effects and my DC was conceived cycle 8.

I've not had any side effects on my first two cycles but it has made me ovulate so hopefully it's only a matter if time before I get a bfp!!

Ok, I think it's working... I just got a smiley face on my clearblue OPK, and I've got some tender pains around the ovaries, so yay. Unfortunately DH is away until tomorrow night. Hoping the egg is holding in there and won't come out until tomorrow!

I was only on a 3 month course of clomid as I did ovulate on my own but they thought they would try it anyway before we tried ivf. The first two months I had no side effects but the third month I was an awful raging monster, how dp put up with me I'll never know, so have faith its working, it an just take its time to give you side effects.
Unfortunately for us, althought I responded really well according to the blood test we didn't get our bfp but with unexplainned they didn't think it would but they wanted to try it. Good luck to you and hope u get your bfp soon xx
