After my first mc I let things proceed naturally, rather than having a D&C. It took months for everything to settle down to a rhythm.

The second and third mcs I had, I took the D&C and things went back to normal straight away.
I waited the then advised 3 months for hormones to stabilise and then tried again.

I was lucky though, every time I tried, I caught in the first or second month of TTC.

I then had 2 healthy Dds.

I had a natural m/c at 10 weeks in March 2012. It took almost 2 weeks to complete.
I had a very early miscarriage at end of July 2012 and then conceived again the next cycle. I am currently in week 33. So far so good.
I used agnus castus (vitex) for about 4 months before this pregnancy and continued it for the first trimester. I also used npc.
I am almost 39 and already have one DS.

Both of my MCd were natural - after the first (@ 10 wks) 2 months passed before I began using cheapie ovulation strips from Amazon. Conceived again the next month. I lost that pregnancy @ 7 weeks, then took a break from TTC but continued to track my ovulation for a few cycles post-MC. We returned to having unprotected sex several months later (with a "we'll just see what happens" attitude, although I knew my OV dates from when I was previously tracking) and we got pregnant again on the third cycle. I'm 39 and DC is now 4 weeks old.

Highly advise using the cheapie Internet OV tests so you can track your cycle properly. I discovered I was OVing much later than I thought I did. That information was key for us getting pregnant.

Good luck, OP.
