Hi guys long story cut short .... Been ttc with my other half since last may that ended in m/c tried everything u can think of ever since and still noting :( very down and upset anyone have any advice x

Very sorry to hear about your m/c Steph.

I am no kind of expert in this field at all but would just say that I had to use ovulation prediction thingys, and dtd in the morning (then legs up in air, tmi) when both my children were conceived, after many months of trying.

You will get loads of advice on Mumsnet, some of it anecdotal like mine, some of it with more scientific backing.

There are specific threads for people trying to conceive, infact I think there is a whole topic covering it.

Hopefully someone will come along and give you some links shortly.
