Urgent - semen analysis help please!

My DH has to have a semen analysis test on Monday afternoon. The info pack says to abstain from ejaculation for 2-5 days beforehand. We have actually 'abstained' for two weeks because I have had a period followed by a heavy cold and have been generally repulsive and not up for it. My question is, do we need to shag this morning, then abstain for the remaining 2 days so that he has new boys on board for the test or should we carry on abstaining altogether, leaving him with elderly fellas?

Hi basically you need to have sex. Years ago DH and I went thru infertility issues and very expensive private specialist gave brilliant advise of getting a true "reading" of count is have it done at 3 days abstination. two weeks can allow "old" and "bad swimmers" to be counted and that can result in a poor count when it may not be the case.
