Has anyone conceived with an Adenomyosis dignoses?

I would love to hear from any one who has conceived and had a baby whilst suffering with the hell that is adenomyosis. Doctor gave me little to go off and I cant find much online. All I know is it's harder to get pg, higher mc risk and not likely to go full term.

Hi my doc thinks I have this but he said it shouldn't make a difference to conceiving. just had excision surgery to remove endometriosis.

I have adenomyosis and am due to have a hysterectomy this year if I can't fall pregnant x
