We have had a mine year journey through infertility and treatment. We have three fantastic children and are definitely finished. At the very beginning, when things weren't happening, out gp recommended "natural solutions to infertility" and although our issues couldn't be solved by what was in the book (can't magic up sperm through healthy living) it certainly helped to have a focus and I did conceive quickly once we had treatment.
