Immunes testing and treatment

After a mc in jan following donor egg ivf in December, I am now planning my next round if ivf with one of our frozen embryos.

I am so confused about immunes - testing and treatment - which is all so expensive. I've been told its not scientifically proven and yet have read so much good stuff about it on mn. My clinic will likely recommend preventative meds without testing, aspirin (maybe celaxine instead) and presnisolone. Humira has been mentioned too. But they will support me if I want to do full testing and, if needed, ivig it intralipids.

What shall I look into? What questions do I need to ask? What tests do I need? How much does the testing and treatment actually cost?

Any thoughts and info much appreciated.

TIA
