well title says it all really, I'm 26 years old have a DD and been TTC for over 3 years now every test done showing that everything is ok, consultant can't find anything wrong, but no pregnancy so she has said it's unexplained infertility :(
I'm so depressed about this as I'm sure you'll understand, I just don't know what to do no, where to go from here, how to cope with all this :(
don't get me wrong I'm completely in love with my DD, she is amazing but I would love more children
any help / advice would be very much appreciated....

Unexplained infertility is infact no diagnosis at all; it means that they have basically failed to find out what is wrong.
It may well be that you have not had all the tests done; some do get missed out (can give you a list of commonly missed out tests).
What tests have been done on both of you to date; any test done over six months ago should be discounted and you both need up to date test results. Sometimes such a "diagnosis" is given to couples when they have not been adequately investigated.
I would now seek a second opinion from another subfertility unit; it is fair to say that in the NHS some units are far better than others.
