Granted there will be people who do fall in love on holiday (hurrah for love) and I have nothing against toy boys (I would quite like one myself) but my cynical side thinks this lady is being used.
Why would you give up your entire life (and one of your children) for someone you have only known for two weeks.
Men do have toy girls, but they rarely give up their life to make the relationship work.
Am I a cynic or do you honestly believe this is love?
