Would you travel into London without your kids today?

Need to sort a couple of things out at work which I can't really ask anyone to do on my behalf. If I don't do it in the next couple of days it will create a bit of an organisational nightmare, I need to request some shifts around p's shifts, before it gets collected in. Will cause havoc if I don't. Not sure what to do really.

I did because I work in the City and it's business as usual.

Usually bring the kids to London in the holidays but I won't be this year.

I would go in and dh has gone in already

I wouldn't take the kids in solely because I wouldn't want them caught up in any massive delay or evacuation situation

I know I should, I really do, but my friend and I are skipping an exhibition we were attending this weekend.

I would go for essential reasons, work, hospital appointments and stuff- but not for leisure.

I'm in work and so is DH - didn't occur to us not to come in, actually. I drove in today as I am 35 weeks pregnant, but took the tube yesterday, including going home via Shepherd's Bush.

I'm at work - we have no one on our staff who hasn't turned up. Barts Hospital, City of London. Who'd do it if we didn't? Not sure that I'd subject DD to the delays and confusion of central London at the moment though. Its not as if she needs to be here.
