No need to apologise to me Tiger....

In fact, why make a public apology at all? Woods isn't a politican elected to represent the people and expected to behave in a certain way. He's not done something heinous that negatively affects the lives of thousands. The only ones legitimately owed an apology are his family, friends and maybe a little grovelling to his sponsors. Baring his soul in public is pretty meaningless (although good telly, no doubt) and if every sports star with loose morals were to take the same route, we'd need a 24 hour channel just to cope.

Shall we all move on and get back to playing/watching golf instead?

First 10 minutes of the News at Ten. Why? Grrrr.

I can see why he feels the need to engage in some sponsorship damage limitation. But it isn't a major news story surely?

Was completely OTT and sounded like his therapy.
Wonder if he will ever get his game back after this, that's probably what's making him miserable TBH
Golf must be his Number One Love

'Peter Allis on Radio 4 a few minutes ago said "What are we going to do? Everytime he gets an erection, hit it with a mallet?"' pmsl

How didI miss him apologising ?

Maybe Mrs Woods made him do it for maximum humiliation?
