She took askance at the wrong issue though. Jumping in muddy puddles is an obsession round here. Why couldn't her favourite thing have been eating her vegetables?

I was just thinking the same thing - should I ban my DS's from watching Tom & Jerry in case they think it's okay to hit each other with frying pans???!
