no excuse but, these very talented sportsmen, by very definition, have an ego the size of a small country and massively inflated self-entitlement

any woman who takes one on and thinks she will cure that is deluded

they know the risks they take (am not saying it is ok, btw)

These men travel the world, have unending money and celebrity status and have young attractive women throwing themselves at them.

I'd be surprised if any of them were faithful.

Oh I just thought he'd crashed his car because he was drunk or something, I didn't see him as a cheater. The initial reports were that his wife smashed his car with a golf club to get him out and that she saved him weren't they? I see now she was trying to just get him!

He perfected the whole whiter than white wholesome image, as Anyfucker says, it's hardly a surprise.

Poor wife though, bad enough that he cheats and they row but then to have it all dragged through the worlds press with everyone salivating at the prospect of Tiger's downfall? How humiliating for her.

Anyway - I feel so sorry for her. it can't be nice to have that kind of betrayal flashed all over the world! People will judge her whatever she chooses to do, if she leaves him or if she stays

There are plenty of people in the public eye and in the sports world who are faithful. I recon either you are the faithful kind or you're not, and he just isn't. Nothing to do with his profession or her expectations IMO.

I do kind of admire her for taking a stand.

yep, he seriously regrets his trangressions because they wreck his nice-guy image and might affect his sponsorship deals

although I doubt that, it seems this kind of publicity seems to only help to sell more polo shirts or some fucking thing

I have no sympathy for him but equally what about the other woman? That recording of the voicemail came from somewhere! and presumably she was all too happy to make a quick buck out of it by selling it to whatever trashy rag was prepared to buy it. Yet she was presumably happy to shag him behind his wife's back - she is equally as bad.
