The 17 year old girl in Somalia who married a 112 year old, for instance.
He doesn't understand why everyone is so down on it.
Nothing wrong per se with age gaps in relationships IMO but he misses the point a few times in this article I feel....

Sam Taylor Wood is a conceptual artist (I think she won/was nominated for the Turner Prize).
She separated from her husband of many years recently. She subsequently directed a well-reviewed movie on the early life of John Lennon and had an affair with the lead actor who is 19 (she's 42). They just got engaged.

If you google image her name and Aaron Johnson you'll find lots of pictures of her parading with her son fiance.

This is very much a Madonna situation. I don't mind age gaps in relationship, but how could a 42 year old mother have anything in common with a 19 year old boy? Just think of any 19 year olds you know- could you see yourself marrying them?

I'm 30 and the thought of going to bed with a 19 year old is quite repugnant. Actually I am ageist in that I have never had a relationship with someone younger than me and never would - men are immature enough without giving one an added leg up in the immaturity stakes.

Madonna and her little boyfriend are gross. Sorry but it is.
