I am kind of glad about this. It seemed a bit over the top to give him an indeterminate sentence as there is no evidence he was involved in any of the abuse.

I think in one of the nasty tabloids where his 'girlfriend' sold her story he featured quite prominently in the abuse, laughing while the child was abused and assisting in some of the nastier stuff. granted this is just one version and it wasn't in the charges but am thinking there was more to it then turning a blind eye so to speak.

I'm with Riven and serajen. I am sickened beyond belief yet again that the terrible life and death of a baby means so little, and we cannot secure justice for him even now.

The whole policy behind sentencing in this country has become a shambles.
