Anyone fancy a heavily redacted discussion?

There was me thinking I was being the first to think of such things, but then I'm just back from holiday so my brain is clearly still operating on beach-time I'm going to spend the rest of my afternoon at work composing a strongly worded email to those two delightful lawyers...

And now I'm wondering who does Carter-Ruck and Trafigura's PR on this... They'll be busy!

Bleh · 13/10/2009 14:06

Having read some of Trafigura's releases on all these issues, they are really cynical and not shy about twisting events to reflect what they want to do.

It seems that they are trying to distance themselves from all of this activity: the operating companies have a different name and their websites barely mention Trafigura, but I truly hope they don't achieve this.

Bleh · 13/10/2009 14:07

not what they want to do but what they want to believe.

Carter Fuck (as Private Eye calls 'em) and Trafigura are still suing the BBC (over a Newsnight report), apparently.

There's going to be a flashmob outside the Carter Ruck offices in the City on Thursday between 1pm and 1.10pm - come gagged with some black fabric. (I can't go, predictably, but someone might be able to make it...)
