I was listening to a discussion about this on Radio 2 today, with Richard Bacon.

There was some utter tosser on there saying he didn't think there was anything wrong with Paki and it was only the same as calling someone a Brummie or something. And he had lots of pals on his cricket team who he would call paki and they would laugh about it.

That woman, can't remember her name, who writes for the Independent was brilliant back at him though: She was saying: "#Please show me an Asian person who doesn't mind being called Paki.." And he was all... "Ah, oh, umm..."

Made me quite cross for the afternoon...
