if he adhered to the conditions of his release (which so far i can only find out required him to wear a tag and stick to his curfew, but it will have been more in depth than that i suspect) for the length of time required then he will not have breached his release conditions. I don't know the specifics of the release but it may well be that he has now passed beyond the time limit they were set for and in effect has served his time.

He's been charged.

He has form for being violent and sexually aggressive women. I don't have any trouble believing it.

he was bailed to appear at court today. He has now appeared in court and has been remanded in custody. He did not apply for bail.

i did read yesterday that he had been bailed to appear at court today however, now i've checked i can't find the report i was reading and wonder whether that had been mis-reported and since removed.

He wasn't a celebrity for anything. He was famous only for dating Jade, then going to prison, and when she got ill they got back together and got married. I have no idea why they married, maybe he thought he would inherit money, maybe he felt sorry for her, maybe he really loved her. I know they weren't together when she was diagnosed. If (as I think) the marriage was a bit of 'kindness' on his part and also a bit of opportunism, it doesn't surprise me in the least that he is out shagging anyone he can. He was locked up until very shortly before he got married wasn't he?

Anyway, I would not be surprised if this were true. However, I can't say for certain, he has been charged, but not found guilty.

I don't think he married her thinking he could get the money as he knew that it was all going to the kids. I also read the kid's dad saying tweed put the money he got from his interviews after her death into the fund for them.
