I have to say I'm glad I'm in the leafy parts of London

Flossam · 01/06/2005 11:54

Ohh, well I live in Essex darling! (If only you knew where!!!)

MarsLady · 01/06/2005 11:56

I can always look for you lol

Flossam · 01/06/2005 11:58

Runs in to hiding!

MarsLady · 01/06/2005 11:59

PMSL

HappyDaddy · 01/06/2005 12:22

If you're boasting about living in Essex, you can only be in Chigwell or Brentwood!

jessicasmummy · 01/06/2005 12:24

Nowt wrong with essex!!! ok, so im not in the neck of woods mentioned, but still Essex!

HappyDaddy · 01/06/2005 12:26

I was born and bred in Essex. As you can probably tell by my usual standard of english!

Flossam · 01/06/2005 12:42

HD, that was 100% pure sarcasm. I don't live in either of these, think more East London, and much much worse!

lou33 · 01/06/2005 12:55

i was brought up in n essex, and my relations on my mum's side are all from the east end

Floss, ilford, romford?

gothicmama · 01/06/2005 13:34

Wanstead on my dad's side of the family- everyone I know whose been to Whipps cross hospital has died there

HappyDaddy · 01/06/2005 13:47

Don't go to Whipps Cross, then!

sheepgomeep · 01/06/2005 16:01

too late for brian Harvey then!!

sheepgomeep · 01/06/2005 16:06

I mean he's in Whipps cross hospital not that he's dead . That sounded bad.

I dunno I think you have to take responsibilty for yourself eventually. I think that he has got loads of problems and I feel sorry for him. But I still think he's arrogant and obnoxious .

NomDePlume · 01/06/2005 16:14

silly boy. I do think he came across as a self-destructive w*nker through the media throughout his famous and more infamous periods. I'm not enamoured with the lad in any way, shape or form, but i hope he can get the help he needs, if not then I hope he finds his peace in whatever way he needs to.

(whispers) Barking. Not born or bred but is a place of affordable housing and convinience for both our jobs!

He does sound in a pretty bad way IME, thats a long time to be in surgery if the report is accurate. Not saying that he won't recover, but he will be in it for a long haul by the sounds of it.

Pinotmum · 02/06/2005 10:45

Flossam, Barking is near to me!

HappyDaddy · 02/06/2005 10:51

What's barking like, these days? Used to be pretty bad, I lived in Dagenham for a few years. Not THAT'S a toilet!

Flossam · 02/06/2005 11:07

Yuk, Yuk, Yuk. Basically. Although they are building a new library shops and housing on the old library site so maybe some light at the end of the tunnel. Pinotmum, I think I saw you on the meet ups thread!
