Has died. The original Charlies Angel and I'd say one of the most beautiful women in the world (in her earlier days)

I know, it's really sad

She was so pretty and only 62.

So sad - I've only just read that she was going to marry Ryan O'Neill. THey must have known the end was close.

She was only in one series of Charlie's Angels but the one everyone remembers. I was very proud to have a t-shirt with her on even when Cheryl Ladd took over as she was the original and the best!

It's such a shame she and Ryan didn't get to marry. So sad for all her family.

Hadn't heard this but assumed it would be imminent when she got married the other day. Very sad.

Looks like they didn't manage to get married: "O'Neal, who has been with Fawcett on and off since 1982, recently disclosed they would finally get married, but never got the chance to exchange vows". Poignant.

I am really sad about this. A life and death full of dignity. And such a beautiful woman. So brave to make the documentary about her cancer.

And her terribly sad death is going to be overshadowed and forgotten because of Michael Jackson ...

but why are the news etc not even mentioning what cancer she had? is it not acceptable? v. strange.
