I find their show very entertaining, they seem a very good match for each other, both barking imo

I'm not pleased they're reportedly splitting up, I'm just not surprised. I'm surprised they lasted as long as they did if, indeed, there is any truth in this split. I would not be surprised to see a "Pete and Katie give their marriage another go" type spread in Ok in a few months time.

I think she may have misjudged her audience this time. One PR stunt too far in my opinion.

"Right, we're back from America, I've flogged my horse stuff, you've got an album coming out, we've done the marathon and been on Graham Norton, look how much publicity KK got for splitting up with her husband, what shall we do next?

I know, I'll go on holiday on my own, we'll call it a split, everyone will want to interview you (at the same time the album is being publicised), and then when it's all died down a bit, I can come back and say its all been a dreadful mistake. Call it £2M for the renewal of the vows and a big spread in OK Magazine, job done".

No, I've just watched far more "Katie and Peter" than is healthy over the years. Give her her due she is magnificent at self-publicity whether you like her or not.

I just genuinely feel that this time it's got every chance of backfiring on her.

Well, as much as it should backfire (if this is a stunt), I don't think it will because too many people buy her books, those silly mags and are ready to listen to what she's got to say. Those same 'fans' will be all too eager to believe the 'reunion' story and OK mag throughly know this.

Maybe OK is in on the deal? !!

he USA thing just looked torturous, rattling around in this huge house, bored adults, bored, spoiled children. Just totally joyless.

But not as miserable as KK.

oh I dunno she got to ride a horse AND shop for herself (bored SAHM of 2 kids under 5 emoticon). Cant be THAT joyless an experience.
