could be either to alot of people but for me, if I'd seen him driving around I would have PMSL.

Hilarious!

(sorry)

snafu · 15/04/2005 13:58

No, suzy, he's the author of the Chippenham and Malmesbury town guide. He can't get the gigs these days, y'see.

Who, Little Richard?

Caligula · 15/04/2005 14:01

He must have done it for publicity as part of his election campaign

emmatmg · 15/04/2005 14:01

who little richard???

Marina · 15/04/2005 14:01

This is very Framley Examiner-esque, cod!

Not sure where the racism figures, but you can't really have people driving around with homophobic billboards on display. Most gay people I know would find it as funny as I did, though!

He could argue that he wasn't being homophobic, he was urging people to reject God so that they could become homosexual!

LOL what a nutter.
I should think it would offend any sensible Christian too, for spreading ludicrous rumours about God.

Offensive? Well it doesn't actually say that becoming a homosexual is a bad thing!

fantastic...I love trouble makers like this !

triceratops · 15/04/2005 16:04

It wouldn't offend me. I think you would have to be pretty uptight to get offended by it. I would put him down as a nutter who may or may not be harmless. He wasn't inciting anything and I don't think anyone but a nutter would take him seriously. Having said that some people find the use of the term "nutter" to be offensive. Perhaps I should call him a "potential service user"?

I would complain if anyone left any bilboard outside my house though.

zubb · 15/04/2005 16:12

OMG!! I saw his campaign trailer thing drive past the other morning when I was dropping ds1 at pre-school, didn't hear what he was saying though.

Caligula · 15/04/2005 16:34

They're surely not wasting public money by taking him to trial?
