perhaps the fact that the only witnesses are JT's mates will be cancelled out by the fact that we all know what a thug he is he is a bit famous (and not in a good way)

If he is convicted then I think he will go back to prison to serve the remainder of his current tag term anway, regardless of what sentence he gets for this offence. I think.
