...bleugh.

Apols if attention has been drawn to this elsewhere.

Yes, yes, a thing of beauty yadda/yadda, but really!

Yes, I saw that too. How pointless.

TheThoughtPolice · 20/02/2009 16:11

twee yes, but not that terrible, surely ?

I'd rather let my kids paint my bump with facepaints tbh

enraha · 20/02/2009 16:16

...would require a degree of patience that I don't remember having at 8.5 months pregnant, and a love of unicorns, dolphins and suchlike (also absent)

Well the disign shown is not to my taste...and who is going to see it in this weather?

LynetteScavo · 20/02/2009 16:20

What are tickers?

Indeed.

Lynette... you might find tickers on other web-based forums. They are like email signatures that you get after each post

e.g.
Enraha2003 mummy to 3 little monkeys. One more on the way 49 days, 5 hours and 3 mins to go

The graphical limitations of Mumsnet don't quite convey the distinctive charms of the 'ticker'. That, by the way, is a mercy.

Euch at tickers.

Frasersmum123 · 20/02/2009 17:00

Its a bit twee, though I have had belly-castings with all three of my PG's.

I just dont understand why anyone would want one?

gizmo · 20/02/2009 17:02

I did see a fabulous bump painting on here a while back. Someone had taken their 20 week scan picture and painted it over the bump. It was brilliantly freeeeeky.

Flightattendant27 · 20/02/2009 17:08

Well I can think of worse things but why does it always have to be dolphins?? I hate dolphins!

I imagine when the baby rolls over, they all leap in a kind of Mexican wave. Lovely.
