I just had a smear, the nurse who did it said they're so glad Jade is being so public as they've had a massive take up of smears from younger women. All the publicity will probably save a life.

has she done that? of have mags been snappings and making stories?

i haven't seen her give any interviews.

why shouldn't she give interviews though. I find this attitude that somehow being ill (esp with cancer, and worse, cancer 'down there') is so shameful that she should hide away really sinister and retrograde. Or that because some freaks are being spectacularly nasty, that is also a reason to hide away.

I'm a bit at the comment about helping "real" cancer victims. Whatever you have to say about Jade (and I'm not a big fan myself), she is very young and a mother of 2 small children. V. poor taste.

Im sure that's all she needs right now. Did I really just read that right?
