It is awful, but actually it's not Michael Jackson's fault and so what would be the point of suing him? (Money, money, money). It was the hospital that moved her and the fact that he walked in is immaterial. I've walked whilst suffering from flu etc.

I think that sueing has its place but is far too over used.
