LEEEAVE BRITNEY ALONE

Yeah, her father's got her money, her ex-husband has got the kids. Controlled by men. Oddly enough, when men go off the wagon, no-one takes them to court - look at Ronnie Wood.

ilovemydog · 18/07/2008 23:22

but until the kids are 18, she can go back to court at anytime to ask the court to amend the custody order.

And I really take offence at the term that her ex husband 'won' custody. It isn't a win or lose situation. It's what's best for these kids at a particular moment in time.

I hope she gets better and recovers from whatever, but it isn't about her. It's about what's in the best interests of her children.

No, the courts would decide based on the best interests of the children.

But I do agree with you Dittany - the mother being portrayed as insane because she liked to party. I don't think that K Fed is a great dad.

The only point is that she hasn't signed away custody forever. She can apply at anytime up until the kids are 18

Fed X bailed on his pregnant girlfriend to go out with Britney. And he had a little girl with her as well.

I hope she has a break and gets sorted. the she can rebuild her relationship with her sons. as for k fed. he must be doing something right.

Dittany - I don' think that's true. I'm American and my dad applied for custody of me when I was a kid, and the presumption was in favor of the mother.

So, with the presumption in favor of the mother, one has to make her out to be a monster, which I don't think that Britney is.
