there's alot of sense in what you are saying Zippi, if done sensibly, but the article infers that she has been taking some sort of supplement and flogging herself stupid at the gym. I find it rather preposterous that in the same article as selling her half naked body as a "news" article, she slags of other slebs for losing weight too quickly and having tummy tucks and whatnot. As if this is news! Makes me feel rather ill inside to think that this is all a lot of people think women are made of these days.
