Is Zimbabwe covered as extensively in the rest of Europe?

We hear an awful lot about Zimbabwe here, just wondering if it has the same news coverage in the rest of Europe?

I hear more about it on the Radio 4 than I do on French radio. I think it is often the case with former colonies and Commonwealth countries.
